The roundtable on Mapping Skills and Gathering Insights from Stakeholders, organized on 07 April 2026 within the Erasmus+ CBHE project Digital Transformation and Green Transition of Higher Education Institutions (INITIATION), brought together key stakeholders, including industry representatives, government representatives, academic staff, and students. The session focused on mapping current skill gaps and identifying priorities for aligning higher education with the evolving demands of digital and green transitions. Through a structured discussion, participants shared insights on challenges, expectations, and opportunities for improving the relevance and responsiveness of higher education systems.
During the event, the DELTA project (Advancing Data Literacy and Innovation in the Western Balkans) was presented as a complementary initiative addressing the growing need for data literacy across disciplines. The project was promoted by prof. dr. Mugdim Pašić, prof. dr. Maja Arslanagić-Kalajdžić, and prof. dr. Mirza Pašić.
